CASE STUDY

Carlin Park Elementary

From a generic landscape to an engaging habitat for learning and play.

INITIAL GOALS

While green grass isn’t the worst display outside of a school, Carlin Park wanted to take their vision for learning even further. They wanted every area of their campus to support what they are all about.

ROZELLE SOLUTION: HABITAT FOR LEARNING & PLAY

In response to this goal, our team created an environment students could enjoy on a daily basis. Carlin Park’s space is complete with a trail to explore their gardens, a dry creek with a rubber liner to allow water to flow down the creek, big boulders to jump/climb on, and many sizes of stones to separate and stack and categorize during various outdoor teaching activities.
